Deploy Arcive
Privacy policy
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and collects nothing about you. What follows is the short, accurate version of why.
Last updated 11 September 2026
Who we are
Deploy Arcive is the operational systems practice of Arcive Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number TODO_COMPANY_NUMBER, with its registered office at London. Arcive Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here, and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under reference TODO_ICO_REGISTRATION.
For anything in this policy, write to deploy@arcive.ai.
What this website collects
Nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no accounts. The site stores nothing in your browser and sends nothing about your visit to us.
That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to accept or reject. The typefaces are served from this domain rather than a font service, so loading a page contacts no one but our host. If we ever add something that is not strictly necessary, such as analytics, it will not load until you have agreed to it, and you will be able to refuse.
The contact form
The form on the home page does not submit anywhere. It assembles what you type into a draft email and opens it in your own mail client. Nothing leaves your device unless you choose to send that email yourself. If you do send it, we receive it in the ordinary way and it is covered by the section below.
Email you send us
When you email us we hold your address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to discuss whether an audit makes sense. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Email to deploy@arcive.ai passes through Cloudflare’s email routing and is held in Google’s Gmail service, where we read and reply to it. Both may process it outside the UK; those transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 12 months. Enquiries that become engagements are retained for the period set out in the engagement contract, and for as long as we are required to keep business records.
Third parties this site depends on
One. Cloudflare hosts and serves the site, including its typefaces. It necessarily sees your IP address to deliver the page, and processes request logs to protect against abuse. Cloudflare may process data outside the UK; those transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.
Client data during an engagement
Audits and deployments are different from this website. In that work we access systems that belong to the client, and we act as a processor on the client’s instructions. What we may access, how long we keep it and how it is protected is set out in the engagement contract and its data processing terms, not here. Our security page describes how that access is handled in practice.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, and ask for it in a portable form. Email deploy@arcive.ai and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting people we already correspond with will be sent by email.
